The plow disk has become a fundamental piece of backyard bbq . Due to its material, pure iron, it quickly takes temperature and achieves even cooking with the fire underneath quickly heating the  entire surface.The perfect companion for the RV or take out back on the ATV.

A favorite we cook up in the disco is called discada. We use ground beef, bacon pieces, chicken or sausage all in small chunks, onions peppers, seasonings and eat in a tortilla with your choice of toppings… yum.  Five star eating in the back country nothing tastes better!!
