The Parana: This versatile grill, inspired by the centuries long tradition of the Gauchos grilling on the plains of Argentina, can be used as a stand alone portable grill or as drop in grill for your outdoor kitchen. It is made with the same exact precision of its upgrade the Delta. However the major difference is the grate is non adjustable on the Parana. Also the grill space is less, making it a perfect addition to the lake house or cabin, giving you the options of great wood fire cooking without taking up quite as much space. Never fear great food experiences are just around the corner, waiting to happen with friends and family!

Each Delta and each Parana grill comes with a poker, a shovel, a grill plate and bbq cover.

The craftsmanship of the Nuke Grills and Oven speaks for itself. Each piece is carefully created in Buenos Aries in a family run establishment. Their attention to detail is evident in the aesthetically pleasing design allowing it to seamlessly incorporate into your surrounding out door kitchen and entertainment area. The stand alone portable models can be placed strategically according to the weather at hand, where as the drop in units will blend in well with their surroundings. Impressing your friends and allowing you to create results that will surprise even the most experienced chef!
Each piece is finished in a rustic grey metallic exterior. with its grills being coated in a porcelain finish.
The Parana Grill FireBox: It has a separate firebox which allows you to burn wood or lump coal. As the coals fall through the grate it allows the distribution of the heat where and when you need it. You can also use the grill plate (which is included) to saute vegetables cheese or fish. It is also an ideal location for your wok.
Height Adjustment: FIXED GRILL The Parana does not have the adjustable lever on the side which allows you to manipulate the grill as the Delta and The Pampa have.
Refractory Bricks: The bottom and sides of the Delta are lined in refractory bricks which greatly improves the grills capability to maintain and evenly distribute its heat.

Grill Surface: The Parana has approx 173 square inches of grilling opportunity. It measures 10.5″ x 16.5″ with an additional 174″ on the fire box when you use the grill plate. The grill itself is made of porcelain coated round iron.
Lid: The Parana has a lid, making it easier to control your burn on a windy day.
Mobility: The Parana comes with its own cart, equipped with large castors making it easy to move it to the location of choice. At the base of the cart is a wooden rack used to store items such as bags of coal or wood etc.
Accessories: Included with each grill is a durable cover allowing you to protect your grill from sun and rain. Poker which is used to distribute the coals. A Shovel can be used to transfer coals or for clean up. Grill plate that is to be used on top of the fire box for flat surface grilling!
